Pet Policy

Pet Policy with Breed Restrictions 
Acceptable animals include domestic cats, fish (maximum tank size: twenty gallons), birds, and dogs. Dogs that are purebreds or mixes of the following breeds are prohibited: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, ChowChow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Mastiff (also known as Dogo Argentino, Italian Mastiff, Brazilian Mastiff, Canary Mastiff), Pit Bull (also known as: American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Shar Pei, Siberian Husky, Tosa Inu, and wolf hybrids. All other animals are prohibited, including but not limited to: rodents (including but not limited to gerbils, guinea pigs, mice, ferrets, squirrels, chinchillas), reptiles (including but not limited to snakes, lizards, alligators, tortoise), insects, arachnids, potbelly pigs, and rabbits. Maximum of two animals in an apartment. There are some exceptions, please inquire if you have more
than two animals. Weight limit 100 pounds.

PetScreening
PetScreening makes it easy for pet/animal owners to share their animal records with their housing provider, pet groomers, doggy daycares, dog walkers, pet sitters, vets, pet-friendly hotels, and more! Applicants are required to complete a pet screening for each of their pets or service/companion animals prior to final application approval.

  • Cost for a household pet profile: $30 when payable by credit card or $25 when payable by ACH.
  • $0 for an Assistance Animal Accommodation request.
  • $0 for a no pet/no animal profile.

Fees and Deposits: If and when an animal is permitted on a property, a non-refundable fee and additional rent will be required.

Note: additional fees, rent and deposits will not be required, and breed restrictions may not apply, as an accommodation for disabled person’s support animals. Requests for reasonable accommodation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This policy may be revised at any time and the Applicant and/or current Resident are advised to check with the community’s leasing team to ensure their pet meets the current policy.
NO ANIMAL IS AUTHORIZED WITHOUT MANAGEMENT’S PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION AND THE EXECUTION OF ANIMAL ADDENDUM.
